I have gone here for several years without a problem. The most recent time, the extensions fell out after 1 week. I called them to let them know and to cancel my refills since I really didn't want to risk the same thing happening. They offered absolutely no compensation or even a half hearted apology. I know for a fact that it isn't normal to have them fall out this fast and the lack luster customer service is the reason I won't be coming back. I gave 2 stars because the prior10+ experiences have been great. But this is the first time I've come across a problem.

I've had my extensions now just over 1 week and I have only dropped 1! Wow. I am very pleased with the service. Jenny was great. I have pretty short lashes from having extensions removed in the fall and she made a perfect recommendation. The price is perfect and who can beat a cozy blanket and pillow to relax under while you get your treatment. I will definitely be back for my touch up. Highly recommend!

Best lashes in town! Jenny & Dumas are both GREAT! The 3D lashes are the way to go. Takes about 90 minutes. Love this place.

I am obsessed with sarabeauty! I tried several other places in ottawa before I found them but they've kept me coming back ever since. the lash lounge itself is so pretty on the inside and a super relaxing environment, really makes you feel like you're getting the full pampering experience. the customer service is also amazing which is something I really appreciate, the whole staff always makes me feel welcome and well taken care of. as for the lashes themselves I've never had anywhere else come close to doing them as nicely as the technicians here do, and for a much more reasonable price than I used to pay too. I always leave with a beautiful set... highly recommend :)

I went and got my lashes done this morning and was super impressed by Jenny! She was gentle and took her time and I was thrilled by the results. I will definitely be requesting her next time I come in. Thank you!!
