Savannah Harley-Davidson

Went on a road trip and was in need of a timing cover. Called the parts department and spoke with Brooke who happened to be the parts manager. She went to great length to not only order the part and overnight it at no charge to me. She also helped me get the part cheaper which I was really thankful for especially since I was travelling and wasn't gonna be around long enough to wait for it. Rich in parts was also very knowledgeable and very helpful. I must also thank Tyrone who was nice enough to loan me his tool to install the cover. Too bad I don't live where they are otherwise I give them more than 5 stars. One of the nicest HD dealership I have personally visited.

I was planning on looking for a future purchase but David was so helpful at matching me to the right bike and a great deal that I not only bought a bike my wife bought one the same day. Also every time we go in to pick up gear or just to look David always approaches us to ask if we are happy with everything and gets us to the right employee for gear, parts, etc.. Every employee of the Savannah dealership has been friendly and helpful. They really do treat you like family

Went in to get a wheel checked out. They said it would be 30-45 minutes. 2 1/5 hours later I'm walking out the door. I they purposely procrastinate so that you'll go on the showroom floor, and once you're there the salesmen are viscous!!!!! They almost got me onto a 2018 Road Glide, but I held out. I was strong.... LMMFAO They are pretty good though.

I saw an online ad for one of their bikes. I emailed the store late evening. I received a response within half an hour or so. I continued to email several questions over the next day. Each time David Ray responded quickly. He sent me pictures on request - even came in on his day off and set up a test ride for me. He patiently waited while we talked over the decision and then completed all the paperwork. We literally used up his entire day off. He never rushed us or made us uncomfortable. He was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, personable... an all around great salesman. Kasey, who we did all our paperwork with was also very personable and helpful. He brought us around to meet someone from every department - they were all friendly! My husband and I have never felt so... Welcomed at a place of business before. It truly was the best purchase experience we've ever had. So glad we chose Harley Davidson of Savannah to buy my motorcycle from!

I absolutely love Hollywood and Jason. You can tell right away by talking to either of them that they are not there just to sell you something or give you the run around. They genuinely care about other people and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I hope they get all the commissions in the world, they deserve it!
