PowerSports Plus Albany

Visited parts department today to get an oil filter and DCT filter for my Honda Pioneer 1000. The parts guy did not know what a Pioneer was, who made it, or the fact that it's a SxS. Keep in mind this is Honda dealer. He was able to successfully find the parts and the prices were in line with Amazon. The store is definitely devoid of accessories for the Pioneer line. I would take your Honda business to Opelika who has knowledgeable parts guys and a better stocked store.

These guys give the good dealerships a bad reputation. Typical sleeze ball tactics. I talked to Nick. They undervalued my trade in, invented made up fees, and took weeks to take the bike I wanted out of the crate. The guys at Deep South Kawasaki in Thomasville GA said they had never heard of the fees Nick at Albany Powersports was talking about!! Isn't that illegal what you tried on me Nick?? Wanted to give me $1500 on my trade in. Deep South Kawasaki gave me $2800!! I'll never give this place my business and I highly recommend you AVOID this place. Go to Deep South Kawasaki in Thomasville. They value their customers.

Always a pleasure going in there... Don't remember the guys name that helped me, but he was very knowledgeable about his job... Great atmosphere and a nice clean facility... And i got to say hi to Gene Futch ...
