Harley-Davidson of Macon

All of the service department goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They have always done everything they could to work with my schedule to insure minimal downtime. They take the time to listen to what I’m saying and do whatever possible to get it done, even if it’s just a performance question that I need an answer to. Worth every penny knowing they stand behind the work!

Went down to look at a Road King today (5/26/18). No one came to see if I needed help. I guess because of the Memorial Day festivities at the dealership they were busy. I tried to flag someone, but I guess with that many people it was tough seeing me. I would give them one star, but I won"t because the last time I visited the dealership last year (was not in the market at the time to buy a motorcycle) I didn't have this problem. Hopefully next time I will not have this problem. UPDATE: Just want it known that Chad (HD of Macon sales manager) called me this afternoon to apologize for what happened. I told him no hard feelings. Asked if I would go back and give them another chance, I told him I would. Speaks volumes about these guys.

Amazing place. We went for the Easter Bunny. 😁 Took our almost 12 month daughter to see the Easter Bunny thinking she would be scared but she took to the bunny instantly. While there, we looked at some bikes and asked questions, lots and lots of questions... Honestly never owning a bike before, I had a lot of questions. I figured they would get tired of me and push me off, but they didn't!!!! Even the customers that own bikes and shop there a lot were friendly as well. Very warm environment, friendly people, and just a great experience in all... Every one in that building is super friendly and I mean everyone.

“As always, Tyler and Harley were friendly and easy to work with. Harley checked the Trike to confirm the problem while Tyler wrote up the paperwork. In addition, its great being able to deal with a local business where the owner stops to greet you when you walk in. /Ghost ”

Love this location! Everyone that we have dealt with has been very professional and nice. We went on a ride for the humane society today and had a blast!
