Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly: Ms Pat is so helpful and nice. Many times they go out of their way to accommodate special requests. I've taken many trips and never been disappointed. Bus drivers are safe and courteous. I love their one day trips! I usually book trips to NYC with them and save me a lot of driving and dealing with crazy traffic.The tour guide would tell us a bunch of stories about the city when we get there as well as trivia. I come home relaxed and rested after a full day.
