Security Options

This was our first experience with a home security system. After hours of research and asking questions we decided to go with Security Options. The installers were very professional and advised me in everything they were doing. My wife feels much more safer when I am away knowing that if there is a problem Security Options will send help right away.We are very satisfied with Security Options and would recommend them to anyone who needed top notch security for their home at a very reasonable price.

I chose Security Options to install a camera system at my home and it was a great investment. You can't really put a price on piece of mind, but Security Options did, and it was surprisingly affordable. The installer was friendly and very professional. The most impressive aspect of the company is if you call them, they actually answer the phone. There are no never ending robot prompts and menus, if you want to reach a human being, you call them, and that's it. And if you want to see them in person, you walk into their store and talk to them. That sounds like something obvious you should get with any company, but good luck trying to find that these days. Great experience from beginning to end, I highly recommend this company.

The installation was awesome, timely and professional. When I called to initiate service, the staff person was friendly helpful and flexible with scheduling the appointment. The paperwork was straight forward.

Security options was very professional and fast with install and I love the system it’s self I can do so much with it even use my cell phone to turn it off and on turn on lights in the house change the temp on my heat and air system this thing does everything thanks security options your the best around to me !!!!! Definitely having you come back for the camera install. I highly recommend this company.

After years of being with a different company for many years, we decided to try Security Options. So glad we did, the process was fast and easy and the customer service is awesome. John, our technician was knowledgeable and very respectful. We are more than pleased with the switch and would recommend Security Options to all our friends.
