Wiring Solutions

We use Wiring Solutions for our alarm and keyless entry security system at my employer. They have always done a great job for us, highly recommend.

I called this company today, May 31 seeking a company to take over/repair out pool gate entry system. I described the unit and the pleasant young lady that answered the phone listened and then said "one moment" She returned to the call and told me "Kevin says we do not maintain those systems." To which I said that if fine the HOA is willing to replace the logic boards with a recommended replacement. She said one moment... then KEVIN get on the phone and in a very abrupt and rude manner says " I said we don't work on those -- or shall I say i WONT work on them. A bit surprised at the rudeness I simply said that is fine, we are willing to replace it.. to which he said. "I wont do work for HOA's" my response fine, have a good day. Have to say this individual was incredibly rude and I would never call this company for anything.
