Only reason I stay with the company is because they finally got me to a permanent site with good hours. But overall the company is a joke. They took 1,000 from me after I got a scratch on a company vechile that I didn't ask to drive in the first place. They waited three months to take the deductions after the incident happened and didn't tell me they were gonna start taking the deductions to begin with. When I asked to have the payments lowered they said after half was paid and still never lowered it. They make you pay for uniform and background check. They lie about what you're being paid at sites. The girl in sechduling is rude and thinks she is more powerful than she really is. They care more about clients than their guards. I was lied on by a client I told then it wasn't true and they still removed me from the site "to keep the peace". Even though I'm the one who volunteered to go out tonthst site full time to begin with or they would've still been sending out new guards but what do they care. I do not recommend working for this company at all.

I have worked with CSSB for 12 years. Some sites are better than others but all in all pretty good company to work for.

Bad people. I was putting in 43-65 hours a week. No respect at all. Can't even get a day off. You have to pay for the Uniform which is $200. Many employee's smoked weed on the job. They all pass the urine test by paying other employee's for their clean urine. When you try to complain the company won't listen because they know whats going on and they have a shortage of employee's so they don't care.

Was employed as a Field Supervisor, and can safely say this company values profit only, to the point it is criminal. I was physically assaulted by Jeffery Hehl who is their operations supervisor, witnessed multiple employees driving client and company vehicles while their licenses were suspended. I was also forced through threat of termination to drive 100+ miles in highly unsafe conditions. I cannot under good conscience recommend this company to potential clients or perspective employees and frankly am astounded that this "business" still operates.
