I attempted to call in to report a crime when "badge #224" answered the call. This woman was disrespectful and rude from the very start of the conversation. She was speaking to her coworker about "googling things" immediately after she answered the police line. When I asked if she was speaking to me, she said no and refused to address her poor manners. I asked to speak with her superior as I could not take the attitude any longer. She also stated "it's my job to talk to multiple people". No, let me correct you... your job is to listen and provide a caller with your full attention. This is a basic curtousy taught to children and into adulthood. "Badge #224", you are rude and a poor example of why people enter into public service as a career. I sincerely hope you do not treat everyone in your life like you did me.
