Customer service is hideous! Apparently parts is always busy or on break! After 2 days of waiting for a return phone call I went to pro motorsports and had my parts in 5 minutes. At least when Bob was here things got done!

Two days ago I brought my rear motocycle wheel and tire in with a good used tire to have them mount it for me. The Taller, older, thin gentleman (I phoned before coming in) who helped me was very Inhospitable and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. He seems like a very un-engaged employee. I came back the next day (24 hours) to pick up my wheel and he told it had not been done like he said it would be in a very "I don't care" kind of way. I looked right at him and asked "really"? He then snaped to it to have it done and while I waited I chatted with the sales guy who came off as very nice and pleasent to chat with. The sales guy is a sport bike rider so we had plenty to discuss. I got my wheel, paid and went home. Unpon arriving I realized they replaced my expensive valve stem cap with a cheap plastic one...and this was the piece of straw that broke the camels back. I drove back, got my cap, asked for a discount for next time and the rather heafty woman behind the counter literally laughed at me. Ok. I see how it is. Vote with your wallet and shop elsewhere....please. Thank you for reading.
