Although we would highly recommend Dr. Waggoner and the injection staff- The BILLING department "Karen" is extremely rude and will speak down to you when you question any charges. They billed our insurance Dated 1/25/18 and 1/26/18 for $30 copays each-- then on 1/29/2018 they billed our insurance as a "point of service" or Cost Share insurance--out of network charge- leading to a $388.00 fee to be split cost to us. We have Tricare Prime/Humana Military and ARE NOT share of cost with a deductible. These fees as listed above are for DATES we were NOT in there office-- these were apparently 3 days that this office MIXED up the serum for these "immunotherapy shots" Karen in the billing department stated that she notified me of these co pay charges BEFORE making the appointments on (1/18/2018) BUT her stated was " The cluster shots would be $12 copays-subject to change due to switching to new insurance- still covered under 10/2017 authorization, there would be a fee for medication mixing (NOTICE THAT SHE FAILED to mention a price per mixing fee). WE never set foot in the office on 1/25, 1/26 or 1/29/18- however this office billed in excess of $800 for these dates to MIX serums and for two days we are charged $60 copays and the 3rd day they billed us as a 80/20% cost. NEW PATIENTS- MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL DOCUMENTATION of what this office tells you- AND MAKE SURE that you stay on top of ALL BILLING through you insurance claims.

I cannot recommend Shoreline Allergy and Asthma Associates enough. Dr. Waggoner has quickly and drastically improved my son's chronic cough with patience, warmth and complete competence. The front desk staff is helpful and organized. The nursing staff is so friendly and professional. The entire office seems to genuinely care about their patients! I rarely write reviews, but I had to pass along the word so that you or your family member can start feeling better, too.

Dr.Doron is amazing, patient and understanding. It's nice to go to a doctor who is very knowledgeable in their field.

Dr Waggoner spoke down to me each time I visited the office. I will not be back.
