We went during happy hour and it was great! There was barely anyone there and the prices were great. The service was only okay. We loved that the front wall opens up in the nice weather and it’s open air on the ceiling as well! We will be back for another happy hour.
This is a very cool place! Much larger than we expected. They have three different menu categories and drinks to go with each. They offer a Brunch menu with each food category. The food was awesome!! We had the chicken and waffles, and it was delicious!! And the drinks were good! The El Hefe Bloody Mary was the best!! The service was a little slow, but we did have a large group and we got there as soon as they opened at 11am. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. They have photo spots set up and free cotton candy, which was a lot of fun! We would definitely make another visit there the next time we are in Columbus!
if you're with your family or have groups of friends that like to try different things and you want to go to one location.. this is definitely for you. The drinks and the food are both great the service is wonderful and it's really a popular praise two people watch and be around crowds.
Every restaurant Corso opens is a hit and this place is no different. They did a great job making the interior a unique space that feels vaguely 50s with the bright teal seats and stark white subway tile. The in-house bottled drinks on the menu was a fresh touch and added to an already impresive list of beer and wine options. Happy hour however is reserved for beer and some of the wines. As for the food options we only got to try Shokudo and Short Grain Sushi and there was a huge difference despite them sharing the same kitchen. Shokudo served up some top notch ramen that I would definitely get again. Short Grain Sushi on the other hand was so terrible it was not even edible. The roll was almost entirely rice which was so under cooked it was still crunchy. They're supposedly rotating vendors every year or so but I honestly hope Short Grain gets booted sooner. Overall it's a great concept and a welcome addition to the Short North strip. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the vendors soon.
Lively place for a young crowd. Dancing on tables is a normal thing here. Multiple choices of food and they have specials during the day. Thursday nights they have a lot of items half off bc its ladies night. Tuesday nights they have karaoke. They have a few good places to take pictures with friends. Dance floor is only open on the weekends. Small VIP area available now. The go go dancers dance on the bar and have lights on their clothes.
I really enjoyed my visit here. The concept is pretty cool, the place is beautiful, and the pizza I had from Vinny's Italian was excellent.I look forward to coming back and checking out a couple of the other food options.
First time coming here. You have three kinds of foods to choose which would be Mexican tacos, Italian pizza or American burgers plus a decent selection of drinks from the bar. Had the spicy garlic wings and loaded waffle fries
Amazing place to hangout with friends, people are dancing, singing and enjoying the music. Food here is also great. We tried loaded nachos, it tastes superb and was perfect with booze.
First time here and it was amazing! We were greeted immediately by the hostess and told about all the specials including the 1$ hurricane for happy hour, WHAT!!! I will say that the food was amazing and the atmosphere was fun. The hurricanes were so good that i had to wait a little to write this review I can't wait to try the pizza and sushi next time we return. My server said think of chipotle but with a tux. He was right.
This is REALLY a bar with snacks presented as overpriced meals. If you’re coming for a “food hall” experience to eat, be advised it’s not. There were only two “food vendors” pictured: Ramen & Chicken, with the Chicken place also doubling as the Pizza place. The sushi place is no longer here. Reading other reviews, it seems as though either the eateries are either swapped out or just keep leaving ie no Sushi and no BBQ. The food is overpriced for what you’re getting from a makeshift kitchen. The cashier is the server is the cook. The verbal clarification of the meal selection was described using “processed” and “imitation”. Now, if you’re looking for a full bar... you might have better luck. I guess that explains the peak traffic hours being midnight, oh and the disco ball on the ceiling.
