I am so in love with this restaurant. The food is freaking awesome, delivery waits are short, and the food is cooked to perfection everytime. Just had the Philly cheesesteak and I'm floored!!! I love you staff at Shorty's!! Thanks a gazillion bucks!!

I have called multiple times because the order is wrong. No one is picking up.. You have a great product but horrible customer service. Why do you have a phone if you don't pick it up. Also does no one look at what the receipt says vs what is in the bag. Seems easy but apparently not.

We ordered for pick up. They didn't have indoor dining available at the time due to covid. Their cheesteaks are really good but the bread was soggy by the time we got to eat it.

Pretty delicious. They have a bunch of really good choices. The food comes out super fast.

Honestly, this is the most average cheesesteak I have ever eaten. Really bland, McDonalds burgers have more flavor.

Great Place to Enjoy The Game when it's on, Great Drinks Great Food and the Staff actually Acknowledges you as you walk In. I've been going there for 3 years. Trivia Tuesdays and DJ is there on Fridays. Great Happy Hour as well. You can't go wrong at Shorty's.

Best place to get an authentic philly steak in NY. The beer list doesn't disappoint either.
