Simplicity Laser

The office is very clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff is very outgoing and friendly! They go out of their way to make sure you understand everything that is taking place at the time of your visit as well as your long term goals, overall treatment plan. They are very affordable with a lot of different options. I would recommend them without reservation.

Absolutely LOVE Simplicity-Bountiful! All of the girls who work there are so, so nice. They do a great job of explaining everything, following up with me and making sure I'm well taken care of.

The technicians have been very kind. The facilities are very clean and always look nice. They are not good at actually answering their phones and they don't return calls when you leave a message. Laser hair removal is not painless but the pain is only at the exact moment the laser strikes. The treatments are getting rid of the hair but my skin is definitely suffering, I have more acne in the treated area and now I am having acne scarring and other dark spots left behind. Keep that in mind when deciding if this will be worth it for you.

I can only describe my experience with Simplicity as a nightmare. The communication between staff members is the worst I've ever seen. After going twice, they talked me into an 18 month contract. I called less than 24 hours later to try and get out of it and one person told me I could, but the next person said that she wouldn't let me out of it, not because it was against the rules but because it would be worth it. I spent the next 18 months experiencing every type of problem. The front office staff that made my appointments were often short and rude. The technicians told me a different story every time I was there, from how long I needed to wait in between appointments, to what would be effective, to what kind of lotion I could or could not use, to what areas they would treat. And after every appointment they would say the same thing, "I'll put it in the notes". But the next time I would go, no one would even look at my file and we'd have to start all over again. After several complaints, the manager came to talk to me and promised everything would be worked out. But yet again, as I left the front desk staff told me they wouldn't do what she said they would and nothing changed. On my last day I actually did a happy dance as I left thinking I was done with them forever, only to find out they're trying to charge me for something 5 different people, including 2 at their corporate office, told me they wouldn't charge me for. I'm so close to just paying them $60 as bribe money just so I never have to deal with them again. You'd be better off going any where else for you laser hair removal.

Absolutely LOVE Simplicity in Bountiful! All of the girls who work there are so, so nice and accommodating. I always feel comfortable and welcome when I'm there and they do a great job of explaining everything, following up with me and making sure I'm well taken care of. I've noticed a huge difference in hair growth and can't wait to continue my laser hair removal sessions with them!
