I should have checked the reviews prior to coming here. They were extremely attentive when we bought a computer and that is where the customer service ended. We were supposed to be updated by text when the data transfer was done. We came by two days in a row because we could not get any information over the phone. In fact today I was on hold for 10 minutes with no one picking up. I’m here at the store now waiting for a computer that was supposed to be done 4 hours ago and nobody here knows if it is actually finished. There is a serious lack of communication between the technicians and the front staff and between the staff and the customers. You will likely have your product back faster if you send it off to Apple to be fixed.

Condescending and unaccommodating. Almost seemed annoyed that I was asking for help with my Mac.

I came to fix my iphone, not even fix but got worse, my I phone stuck and lose all data and memory after plug into his computer, michael was the one did it.. you just gave me back only say sory you need to buy the new one... isn't that stupid decicion??? You dont even try to solve the problem after broke my phone.. if you dont know anything dont ever pretend you are smart.. you are not ready to work . You need to study more.. never ever to go to this store any more with this stupid staff. After I brought to colorado at apple store , they fix my I phone and they guide me how to restore my data back... its mean my phone was not break,, but you broke it withouth any solusion after you did it..👎👎👎👎👎
