Simply Thyme Catering

I was referred to simply Thyme from the Mad Hatter Catering, they were booked on my wedding date, but recommended these guys. Initially it was rather difficult to work with them around MY extremely busy schedule. But tucker was extremely flexible and understanding about the whole set up. What these guys did went above and beyond the call of catering, they were able to work with a rather small budget, and still give us what we wanted. They truly went above and beyond trying to make my wedding the very best that it can be. When they actually arrive they go right to work, they were PERFECT in every sense, they didn't allow any guests to go hungry, to go way off the deep end with the alcohol, and they even cleaned up and helped the wedding party stack some gifts and stack some chairs. That is just the people; the talent that these guys have is awesome, the food is spectacular and the presentation is just as good. If you get the opportunity to hire them, do it. And don't forget the rosemary mashed potatoes they are incredible.

Just attended Friendly House auction plated dinner and the food was outstandung and served hot for all 300 guest. Service was excellent and professional. If thwy do every evenr like this rhay are 5 star all the way.

The recipes are amazing!!! You must try the German Sausage with Chicken!!
