"Homemade” comfort food meals at fast food production time. WHEN YOUR KITCHEN ISN’T OPEN, OURS IS!
Sisters Comfort Food is the realization of its founders’ lifetime dreams of opening their own restaurant after more than 70 years of combined experience in the restaurant business. The two founders are sisters, Catherine Legg and Linda Legg, thus the name “Sisters Comfort” was born. Many of the delicious items on the menu will come from the recipes Catherine and Linda learned during numerous hours in the kitchen with their late mother, Minnie Alve Legg.
Located on the near eastside of Indianapolis in the John H. Boner Community Center, Sisters Comfort aims to satisfy a loyal customer base with its vast array of homemade, fresh, delicious recipes and products.
The mission of Sisters Comfort Food is to provide a superior fast-casual-homemade dining experience. Customer satisfaction is the number one goal to make Sisters Comfort Food the primary dining destination in the metro area.
Sisters Comfort Food will specialize in bringing fresh, “homemade” comfort food meals at fast food production time, thus creating a unique dining experience. In a working class environment where there never seems to be enough time in a day, Sisters Comfort Food lives and thrives by its motto, “WHEN YOUR KITCHEN ISN’T OPEN, OURS IS”. Thus, Sisters Comfort Food will supply its clientele with exceptional dine-in or take-out meals that they aspire to make in their own kitchens.
