I wish I could go more! Knowledgeable, punctual staff and they do a nice job of offering packages, such as a discount when you book multiple silk peels. They do everything from deep clean facials to Rejuvederm. I've also gotten great waxes there

Most times I’ve gone the ladies have been really nice and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted and that I didn’t leave unsatisfied. But the most recent time I went the women that was tinting my eyebrows was absolutely awful. She was clearly uninterested in doing them and was making it obvious. She didn’t ask what color I wanted which they usually do and ask if you want dark light or medium to see what you’re wanting. This lady didn’t ask me anything about the color. She just started mixing colors and did what she wanted. Usually they also clean your eyebrows to make sure there is no product on them and they are clean. This women didn’t she just started putting the dye on my eyebrows. When I was done I left looking ridiculous one of my eyebrows was huge because she dyed my skin and the other one not even all the hairs were covered. I felt like I had to literally cover my face when I was going to the other stores in the mall because they were so bad.

I have been going to Skin Chic for years! The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable! If you need any kind of skin care help go to these ladies! Make up tips and technique advice... you can find it here. Skin getting to dry or oily... these gals can recommend a different product! Not only that the store is amazing! You can get waxing, facials, Botox, lash extensions, etc.. I also love buying gifts here from lotions to bubble bath! You won't be disappointed when you walk out of this store!

I got a leg and bikini wax today and my hair follicles are insanely inflamed, I have bruising, and there is literally a spot where it looks like my skin has been ripped off. My legs are not smooth at all, and there are parts where she missed... and the worst part is I paid over $100. The gal doing it was nice enough but kept asking me the same questions over again.. basic things like "where ya from? How did you meet your boyfriend? what does he do?" I mean it's nice to ask but having to repeat yourself multiple ones over multiple questions is super irritating. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Really regretting going here
