Walgreens

One of the slowest pharmacies I've ever experienced. Orders regularly screwed up.

Gave my brother the run around for his seizure meds, making him wait for hours and then only giving him a couple pills of one of his two seizure medications. They only told him they'd have the other script ready in about two weeks because their warehouse is on backorder. They never once gave him this information until after several days of calling and waiting. Incompetent staff, with surly attitudes.

The pharmacy is quite often running behind. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they need more staff in the pharmacy to avoid backing up. They do their best and deserve a pat on the back, but Walgreens should invest in more labor to better staff up the pharmacy and get prescriptions filled quicker. This is not the pharmacy in town to use if you will be waiting for your prescription in the store.

The pharmacy line out side is a complete joke I have been sitting her for almost 45 minutes not a happy costumer something needs to change hear they need more staff or quicker people!

The pharmacy is understaffed. Despite their best efforts to keep up, it is a tall task with all the shots, drive thru and customer service folks waiting for help. The phone is always tied up even to the point of giving up. Hire some people and regain some trust.
