Skinny Pancake

Pancakes are skinny but you may not be if you eat what I did. I love crepes and this place makes them up to perfection. Get here early for many of the most popular items were already sold out by noon. They serve breakfast all day so we arrived a little late. Coffee was great too. A real eclectic find right in Waterfront Park.

I really like this place. They've decent coffee and OK pastries. It's there main dishes that make their menu shine. I've tried some of the sweet crepes and have not been disappointed. The "skinny nachos" are also quite tasty. Other pluses: wifi, outlets, and outdoor seating.

We're tourists here but from what I understand, this place is often busy. Takes a long time to order and receive food. That granted, the food is excellent. We got the breakfast burrito. It was made with a crepe instead of tortilla; a nice twist that produced a delightful result. The purple hash is nice with ranch and mimosas are generous. Overall: wonderful brunch spot, low-key atmosohere, long wait for food.

I'm visiting Vermont for the first time and I was told the Skinny Pancake was a must-try! I tend to be hesitant with crepe restaurants as I'm not a huge fan of the sweet crepes but the skinny pancake had a large portion of savory Crepes. I went with the Garlique Chic and substituted the chicken for Italian sausage. It was great! We got the fries on the side which were also very good. It was a little pricey for the portion sizes and considering we order at the register but they're doing something very right as they are everywhere in the State! Great, unique idea!

Great food, cozy atmosphere in the morning. Sister got their gluten free crepes which are made from chic peas and we're really good as well. If the coffee was better it would have gotten 5 stars.
