The Mad Taco perfectly exemplifies what I love about skiing in the Sugarbush area, really good and really friendly. This is a popular place both for locals as well as those who are visiting. It maintains a bar vibe in one half of the restaurant and a quick bite to eat aura on the other. Although it is a touch pricey, I think it is always worth it to stop by my favorite place in the area. They have rotating salsas that are made by people in the area and submitted to be served, so you will always have a bit of excitement every time you try a new one. Overall, I highly recommend you come and see one of the local gems.

The food was delicious. All made right their so flavor is one of a kind. Definitely an experience. Not fancy but casual dining.

Mad taco is legitimately one of the best taco joints I have been to on the east coast. The spicing is delicious and the food is clearly made from excellent quality ingredients. I highly recommend his as a meal off the slopes. Go for the chicken burrito or the big daddy fatty!

I was pleasantly surprised to find ramen on the menu. It was quite good and the slow burn tacos lived up to its billing: spicy! It's a little expensive to dine there, but they smoke their own meat and I bet they make a lot in house. The bathroom situation could use a refresh. One was out of order. ..
