I've gone here for years and it's been such a great experience but here's some tips: 1. YOU MUST PUT UR NAME IN AT 4 it's a reservation type thing that starts at 4, 2. Dont be afraid to try a pizza you've never heard of 3. Try or ask about the specials 4. For dessert I highly recommend the Apple pie with vanilla ice cream

IMPORTANT: Reservations MUST be made in person starting at 4pm. They do NOT accept reservations over the phone. This is to ensure that you are serious about your reservation because the wooden oven is limited in size. There is a limited number of pizzas that can be made. Great food, delicious fresh pizza and local beer! Staff is friendly. Cozy atmosphere. Def recommend

An excellent modern day restaurant offering wholesome food sustainably and responsibly sourced and prepared. Our ancient ancestors understood how to nourish the body with whole food sourced from a healthy earth. American Flatbread offers dinner using techniques that pre-date adulterated food practices. Enjoy dinner in an environment that educates us in what went wrong with modern food and shows us how we can still make it right for human and earth.

So delicious !!!! Went with a group and ordered four pies, each one was better than the next. Quaint and warm restaurant , atmosphere is warm and tons of ambiance. Highly recommend!!!

We arrived and there was a few small groups waiting to be seated. For 2 we were quoted a 30 minute wait and it took maybe 5 minutes longer than that. We were sat at an awkward place (2 seater right next to the kitchen and facing the fire, the seats do not face each other). Our waitress took about 5 minutes to come by. The drink list had a number of options but only a handful of each were available by the glass. They do allow you to split the pizza with whatever versions you want, each is charged as half of the price of that pizza’s full cost. The pizza itself was really good and had a very nice crust. We got a special pizza split with the cheese and herb. The art gallery next door is cute. There was also a fire outside that was nice.
