My sister had The Hindquarter cater her wedding this past weekend, about 80 guests. The food was AMAZING! Everyone that I spoke to about the food, was super impressed. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious! I loved the shrimp boil and hush puppies for the appetizer, a touch of spice mixed with the sweetness of the sauce for the hush puppies. I could go on and on - it was that good. If you're looking for quality, delicious food - The Hindquarter can provide! Just awesome!
