I recently established care here so I’ve only had one visit. It was very productive. The Dr and his staff were all very kind and informative. Treatment planning was easy, the cost of everything was clear and reasonable in my opinion. The vibe is nice. The front office staff was very accommodating to my schedule which I appreciate. I feel like I’m in great hands at Sky West.
Couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience. The wait was comfortable and not in your face. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed going to the dentist. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help while the whole process went by painlessly. I highly recommend this for all starters or anyone who wants a knowledgeable staff and dentist that knows how to keep a business running.
I love this Dental Office so much! From the front staff to the main doctor. They are so welcoming and Doctor explains and assures you are happy with his work. They took care of my crown and throughout the process of getting referred to a specialist and getting a root canal was a mistake, but doctor Joseph Duong did not over charge me for someone else mistake. He made sure I felt safe and secure that the mistake was getting fix at no additional cost for me. Oh and of course I have to mention Monica I love love her so much!! Thank you Sky West Dental Office for all your love care and kindest. I will continue to be part of the family.
Really thankful for Sky West Dental and all their staff for working magic on my teeth. From holding my hand during the anesthesia injection to making my teeth look and feel amazing again. I felt very welcomed in the office and really taken care of. Excited to come back for my cleaning in May!
By far the best dental establishment that I’ve been to. There’s never been time that wasn’t greeted with friendly smiles entering and exiting. Dr. Duong and his staff are good what they. I’ve been a patient at SKY WEST DENTAL for about five years such a positive atmosphere. I never leave feeling unsatisfied with the work they’ve done.
Myself and my family which is six of us in total have been going to Sky West Dental for over five years now. I love the front desk staff I love everyone there. They are always flexible with me and my family. When I called they usually know who I am by the sound of my voice. They make us feel very welcome there. I would recommend them to anyone. Ps did I mentioned I love the front desk girls : bcus I genuinely do.
Dr. Duong is great. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. Everyone in the office is super friendly. Not to mention my teeth feel amazing after getting my teeth cleaned. Looking forward to getting all my dental work done at Sky West Dental.
Being a first time patient, the experience was remarkable! Dr. Duong and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and take pride in their work. I'm not usually enthusiastic about going to the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable and showed genuine care for my situation. Highly recommend this establishment and I'm looking forward to all my future dental work with Sky West Dental!!
My wife and I have been coming here for years. Dr Duong has been incredible. The team is personable and they seem to like their jobs. You definitely feel welcome through the whole process and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
The front office staff are polite and efficient. The back office staff extremely professional and comforting. Sky Dental has definitely raised the bar we with the quality of work they do.
