Fantastic views , value and FUN!!! Been going on this cruise once a year for the past 18 years. A great value, no extra Port fees, no charge for parking. You get to see more of the east side as it does not leave from west side manhattan. LAGUARDIA airport takeoffs and landings always exciting. DJ has a great mix to dance. This is the best bang for your buck whether group celebration, romantic night out, or solo adventure. Cant say more about the friendly and accommodating staff and management.

Working on the boat was a fun experience, but they are very strict and seem a bit racist. I worked there for 2-3 months and to honest, the ones who work there for a while have the new employees work as slaves while the seniors just relax and watch. I've seen managers fool around with employees and I've seen a couple steal money from fellow co-workers..no respect for one another. The house-tip seems to be non-existent when the parties end, barely ever shared but just kept by the ones in charge. To be not compensated for the amount of work you put in, is truly upsetting and devastating..waiters depend on their tips and what good is it if it's taken away from you?

I have to say, reading some of the reviews about other experiences made me very nervous about trying this cruise. I booked my dinner cruise for yesterday evening to celebrate my anniversary. When we first arrived, we were directed to our very own table, which surprised me because some reviews said that we would be seated with other people at the same table. Our waitress, Kelly, was so friendly and always came over at the perfect time. We were seated at table 8, right in front of the bar. About a half hour after we left the dock, the dinner was being ready to be served. Luckily, our table was the first to be called to get our food. Now, I am a very very picky eater and the reviews that I read were very negative. I had potatoes, baked ziti, chicken, and steak. The woman at the buffet was nice enough to give me the well done pieces of steak, just how I like it. When I sat down and started eating, the food wasn't bad at all! The pasta was yummy, potatoes perfectly soft, steak was juicy and flavorful, and the chicken perfectly marinated. I was impressed. After dinner, we walked around the boat to see some view of outside. They were amazing and gorgeous views!! Definitely a HUGE pro. As we were waiting for dessert, our waitress volunteered to go outside with us to take pictures of us. She took about 10 photos, without me even asking, and they were all perfect! She even knew the right time to take a skyline and statue pic of us. We went back inside for dessert and our waitress handed us her favorite dessert and said Happy Anniversary. She even gave us two glasses of champagne on the house! The dessert was the best part...we had a plate of chocolate cake, a sort of shortbread pie, and another piece of dessert. So tasty. The dance floor was open but it was so windy upstairs that no one really wanted to dance lol. Overall, I was very impressed with the experience and our Anniversary was perfect all thanks to our amazing waitress and the staff on the boat.
