FRAUDULENT - employee stole my credit card number!
Website says "Sorry, this tour cannot be booked online. Please call 212-812-2700 to reserve." This is for the NYC to Niagara Falls via air tour. I called and booked for 3 people, providing all personal info needed for a flight. I got a call the next day that my credit card had declined - could I verify. I did and never received a confirm. When I called a few days later I wasn't even in their system. A couple weeks later my credit card was charged over $5K from online merchants - FRAUD! My credit card was stolen and I can only assume it was from the employee who took my phone reservation. Super sad!

We bought a groupon, the drive was nice. The tour guide could not speak English - Until he asked my daughter for more of a tip... It was beyond disappointing.. and extortion...

Every tour is different depending on guide, day, time of day, time of year, weather, etc. We were very fortunate to take the tour first thing Saturday morning, with fantastic guide Darius. Very informational, and entertaining. If it's raining, you will have a tough time. It was raining the afternoon prior, and we couldn't even get on any bus. They were all packed with people trying to escape the weather. Plenty of open air seats in the rain though, if you want to poncho it.

For the Go Airlink Shuttle from LGA to Manhattan:
Walked around trying to find the desk, inside and outside the airport. Lesson learned find the people with the red coats. Waited 45 minutes for driver to show up. Waited another half hour for him to figure out who paid. Previous group waited over an hour for a shuttle. Traffic was congested which meant the drive to Manhattan took an hour. Then we were one of the last stops, inching through Manhattan over an hour. Eventually figured out people walking were going faster than us, so we jumped out early, grabbed luggage, and walked. 4 hours after landing we were in the hotel.
On the way back we used the purple 7 subway and the MTA bus shuttle to LGA. $5 each and 30ish minutes from Times Square to LGA, and it wasn't bad. No freaks or disgusting like we imagined, just normal people.

Gulliver's Gate was intricate and fascinating, and a great place to visit. Highly recommended if you want to tour the world in miniature!
