Skyline Properties Management, LLC was founded in 1999 as a privately held, integrated real estate service organization. Today Skyline owns and manages over 350 residential homes in Baltimore City. Our success is based on three core principles: 1. Provide quality homes, 2. Invest in neighborhoods and 3. Provide excellent service to our residents. Following these principles, we continue to experience welcomed growth. We create quality homes in extraordinary neighborhoods throughout the City. We also invest in neighborhoods bringing quality of life and stability to the families we serve. Our customer service to residents is what has made us a favorite with residents, vendors and the communities we serve. Skyline is one of the shadiest rental companies in the world. They are underhanded and vile. Check out their employee turn around. If I was warned before dealing with this company, I would have been so grateful. I wish I could give them no stars. Maintenance is terrible. Please check your bills as they often sneak in charges. I can't say anything great about this company. They are liars, untrustworthy and deceptive. Beware, Beware, Beware!!!
Totally unprofessional ! The property manager, Ms. Vivian, is extremely rude and absolutely dishonest. The house I was rented continuously failed inspection. Ms. Vivian has been making promises to repair without following through with her word for almost 4 months. I was pregnant the whole time. She is not only unprofessional but heartless, and inconsiderate. If you were thinking of renting from this company , I would reconsider renting somewhere else !
Horrible horrible horrible rental company! I don’t even know where to start! The home we rented from them was not waterproofed, therefore our basement flooded every time it rained! Our roof was not inspected before we moved in so over time we got leaks in the bedroom, bathroom, and hallways in which mold started to grow! We tried calling for maintenance several times in which our request was responded to 2 MONTHS later! The staff are ridiculously unprofessional!! The list goes on.
They are quick to get you onto a place. But once you are in, they ignore you. I've been requesting help for my furnace and mold in my basement since Dec 2018, water damage since I moved here in May 2018 and all other sports ofproblems. Here it is March 2019 and nothing had been taken care of. Plus it is so hard to get in touch with anyone in the office. You leave messages and no one calls you back. Its rediculous!
I loved working with Donya! She was very helpful and super knowledgeable of the area I was looking into moving to. I had a walkthrough with her and she made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions.
Never call in your rent to this place they put you on speakerphone so you can be a victim of identity theft. Plus it'll take you a lifetime to get any repairs done to the home. The front door still floods to this day. the electrician only comes out at night and the plumber does never finishes his work.
