Smashburger

Not sure if complaining will ever make a difference. So typical of a fast food restaurant. We placed the order online, wasn’t ready when we arrived, and was wrong. We identified we were missing food while we were there and got that fixed. But once we started our meal back at office. My burger was cooked rare, red and bloody, the hay stack onions I paid a $1.49 extra for we missing. I have a new rule going forward when I do fast food that will guarantee I can’t be disappointed. I think the menu should also offer this option, “ My order will be here’s $20 throw some stuff in a bag please” I took pictures, if I can figure out how to post I will.

Dry burgers that are overpriced and weird patties. Small serving of fries. Felt completely ripped off.

Tried it twice. Great idea and the burgers look like they should be fantastic, however they were below average in flavor. Moved on.

The food and service were great! This is my favorite Smashburger location. It seems to be well-managed.
