HONORING our veterans. We visited there on Sunday May 20 at 6pm. The very senior man in front of use at the cash register asked if they gave military discount that lady said yes, the discount was for him only and not for his wife, he then ask about the senior discount and she said it was only good on Tuesdays. One must not forget that the wife's and family's also sacrifice not having there loved ones around. I think this business was disrespectful and I will not support a business that does not support our veterans.

Vegetarian-
Not a whole lot of vegetarian options: Fettuccine Alfredo, A couple salads, and potato sides. No vegan options. The fettuccine was average for the 11 dollars I spent on it. If you eat meat you're good to go here though.

Stopped in for a memorial dinner in honor of a wonderful woman. And totally understand why this is and was one of the places she loved to stop at. Thank you so much for such wonderful service. It was like a big hug for a wonderful family in need. We thank you and love you for this wonderful gathering in your honor Mrs Rose Kullman. You will be truely missed.

I bring my family (wife + four kiddos) to Smith's 2-3 times each year -- we live about 45 minutes away, but it's not a wasted trip. The appetizers are generous, the servings are generous, the servers are welcoming...the parking lot is always full. For a family of 6, (drinking waters) it usually costs about $70 for supper. We always take leftovers home with us.
What we like: Large dining area - we rarely have to wait to be seated - and even when the place is busy, it doesn't feel cramped. Menu is predictable (sandwiches, salads, burgers, steaks, barbecue), but there's plenty of selection -- and we always have trouble making a decision. Food is fresh.
There are [admittedly] TV screens, but the volume is on mute and the shows are usually the weather channel and sports, so it's never raunchy prime-time stuff that would be unwholesome for the kids.
And kids meals include frozen custard with sprinkles. Can't beat it.
