Interesting monument. I wish it was not closed for restoration. A nice way to break up a walk along the waterfront.

This is a quiet wonderful public space to have a sandwich with a book at lunch on your walk along Riverside Drive.  Don’t pass it by!

It was fenced off for some renovations (I assume), I'd like to see it again when the work is complete.

Surrounded by chain link fence. No signs or other indication about how long this will be. Crumbling steps and paving stones. Otherwise good for river view.
