Sollay Cosmetic Medical & Laser Center

I went to Sollay for laser treatments. Dr. Kelele was wonderful. She was very patient and took care that everything was comfortable. Joyce was terrific too & always accommodated me with my weird schedule !

There are a lot of low star reviews about having trouble with scheduling/ getting in touch with them. I DID have some trouble with that. It took quite a few calls before i got a hold of them and scheduled. HOWEVER it was well worth the trouble!! They were very friendly, quick and professional. I'm glad I was persistent. I love it there and have had great results from my laser hair removal. Would highly recommend them!

Great service. I did have issues with scheduling for 2 of my 6 treatments but they got worked out. I have referred friends and they are happy with their treatments as well.

Friendly staff, effective treatments (I've gotten 2 thus far). Lose a star because they are rarely ready for me at my appointment time, regardless of whether I arrive early.

If you're looking for consistent service, which is a must with some of these treatments, then I suggest you find some place else. They have a hard time keeping appointments because they're so short staffed. I've worked with 4 different technicians because they either quit or they're just unreliable. Staff doesn't seem to care how this affects treatments. They offer you a package deal & then after they get your money, they don't hold up their end of the deal. Currently waiting 9 weeks for a treatment that's supposed to be done every 4wks.
