The office and treatment rooms are very clean, there is plenty of information on the services there. I enjoyed the first consultation while learning a lot about my condition and its possible treatment. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and skillful in what they do. I feel very comfortable going there for my treatments

UPDATED REVIEW: 1 day after I posted my negative review out of sheer frustration, the VP of the company, Tony called me personally to discuss. He spent a significant amount of time listening to my concerns and made me feel like my business actually mattered to him. We were able to come to a resolution to my problem to my satisfaction. I am simply amazed that someone so high up would pick up the phone to speak with a single consumer. This company has completely changed my opinion of them and I will continue to be a customer. Tony really understood and listened to my problems and was able to resolve them faster than I expected. Thank you for paying attention to what even one person had to say and making it right. I appreciate it greatly.

This place doesn't deserve even a one star. Their treatment doesn't work at all. So don't waste your time. When they want your money, they guarantee the results and promise that if you are not satisfied, they will work with you and give you additional treatment for free. They don't return your call. They have the worst customer service and they only want your money. Don't waste your time and money on them. Instead hire a coach at gym to get in the shape.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment was state of the art. Scheduling was easy with email, text and phone call appointment reminders. I would recommend this place. Oh, and they did a great job of removing back hair.

I LOVE this place!!! I signed up for the RXLipo treatment, which melts the fat and passes through the lymphatic system. I was 198lbs when I started and I'm 183lbs now. It was 10 sessions over 5 weeks. This is not a magic pill, in that I had to do my part too. I worked out twice a week (on the day I had treatment) and made healthy eating choices. I just did whatever class I could get to at my local gym so that's more cardio based. Yes I had cake and candy, I just didn't overdose on them. The staff is great, very nice and easy to work with if you need to change your appointment.
