Serious problems, bad management. They were selling laser hair removal services they could not actually do. Took two weeks to book the appointment as the receptionist wasn't in or they just didn't answer during business hours. Also emailed for an appt. got no response. Waited over a month to get in. Ten minutes before the actual appointment, a receptionist calls to cancel my appointment after I had already driven 40 mins from Baltimore to Bel Air. Was told they didn't actually have the parts needed to do laser removal. Said they could get me in the following week, but I don't fancy being a guinea pig! What were they doing selling vouchers through Living Social for this service when they couldn't even do it?

I managed to schedule one of the three sessions I paid for via the Living Social coupon, and now can't make any additional ones. They don't answer the phone and don't return calls. This business is co-located with Domani Studio.
