Ideal Image Towson

I went in today not knowing what to expect. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in what I came in for. I was surprised and happy that I could also be treated the same day. I had laser of facial hair. There was minimal pain, just a prickling and I was done in 10-12 minutes. I am so happy I finally came to Ideal Image to get this done.

I have always had a very positive experience here. I go for fillers and am about to schedule for laser hair removal! Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable & prices are very decent. I’d highly recommend! Thank you ladies of ideal image Towson!

The nurses there are so nice and they make you feel comfortable despite the pain you have to endure for some of these procedures. I recently moved to Houston and I needed to transfer my file. I spoke to Niecy and she got me squared away. The transition was nice and smooth. I miss going to the Towson location. I absolutely recommend the Towson location of Ideal Image. Thank you ladies.

Needs improvement on seeing clients on time. Never been seen on time - always 25 + minute wait related to 3 appts. I have a very busy schedule too. However, when seen, great service, great staff.
