Ideal Image Arundel Mills

Had a phenomenal experience with Ideal Image. I initially scheduled my free consultation, after looking into this location’s website. The following day, I received an email from a young lady named Natalie, letting me know I could come in as soon as that day! I booked my consultation for 3:30pm and after coming in and speaking with a lovely young woman by the name of Melissa, I was actually able to receive my services same-day! I worked with Jessica and she is amazing! Very knowledgeable and was able to meet my expectations and then some! I would highly recommend!!

Selena, the front desk receptionist was so welcoming and such a sweetheart. I enjoyed how comfortable she made me feel after already feeling nervous about my procedure. All in all I enjoyed my time, loved my service, and most definitely recommend this location and staff to all.

I recommend doing a lot of research on laser hair removal before you go in for a consultation and remember its their job is to sell the service to you so don't hold that against them. Know your budget before you go in and be prepared to say no if it is too expensive for you. I finished my treatments about 6 months ago and every employee was very respectful and kind to me. The only thing that was a negative for me was that a few of my scheduled appointments were late. I sometimes waited 30-45 min after my scheduled time but the girls at the front desk were still nice. The treatments worked very well for my skin and hair type and I'm pleased with the results.

They need to work on their scheduling! I showed up on time for my 11:40 appointment and I am still waiting now 50 minutes later to be seen. (I can only imagine how much longer it will be) I should have been scheduled for 12:30 and saved an hour sitting in this cold room.

Is a nice place, they are feeling me comfortable! The nurses that work there are very professional and very nice!
