Purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment, when I arrived after driving two hours, the office was locked and no one was there to answer the phone. Sat in traffic for another three hours going home. Very disappointed, very unprofessional. The office wasn't clearly marked either so it was difficult to find.

Excellent customer service and procedure. Learned alot and wuk definitely go again. Very affordable.

It working well for me, I did the lipo and after 4 sessions I have lost 4 inches in my waist line, I will definitely recommend them.
