Unbelievable the bad reviews about this place must be the difficult people in this world. Truly! The ones who fall short in communicating with others on a normal level. Or the people the believe the world revolves around them. This place has the most honest, caring and professional two people. And please note I'm very hard to please but never a difficult person with others. Their services are great and now I enjoy not hairy everywhere - Everyday. Thanks, Laser Essential -Sherry

The guy is unprofessional. A lot of times he is eating before an appointment and has to be told to wash his hands. He makes sexual comments a lot which made me feel uncomfortable. Even when I made appointments I was still waiting. It has never been a smooth visit. I also tried a facial from the lady who was supposedly licensed and I think use to be a dermatologist. She burned my cheek. And left this big mark on my face. Then when I called about it they both act like they did not do it. Not worth the money and headache. I love to support black businesses but this business isn’t customer friendly and don’t care about quality. They just want to make money who cares if you are satisfied or not. Don’t waste your time with these people

You definitely get what you pay for here. Be prepared to wait for your appointment, even if you've scheduled it. I thought I had one more session left, but after driving there (since they didn't return my phone call), they bluntly told me I was wrong. Poor customer service.

Great services been going almost a year for hair removal. Keith and his team have been great. Very professional and accommodating. Check in with them for any deals don’t do the Groupon.

After I bought the Groupon for a small size ,I had just a few hairs on my chin,I called to make an appointment ,the owner picked up and when I told him what I wanted done he started insisting that I need large area ,small area is not enough for me ,and that was over the phone ! After going back and forward I finally agreed to pay the difference in cash ,he was very insistent . They treated my whole face even forehead and nose even though I never wanted those areas done since I don't have any hair there. I felt very frustrated and ripped off extra money for things I didn't need. Then when I showed literally 3 hairs on my belly and asked how much that would be ,he again insisted I need to buy 6 sessions for large area. I refused and never came back . Their prices are high and inaccurate and I didn't see much difference after the sessions were completed.
