Carol and Mona are fantastic. Electrolysis appointments generally aren’t something to look forward to, but I’ve truly enjoyed being a client of Carol’s. I highly recommend Hairfree Electrolysis.

To Whom it May Concern, I just called as a potential new client and had a really poor experience. I am not sure who I spoke with as they did not state their name, it may be you reading this email. I said "Hello, I am calling to ask about your pricing" I was then given the pricing structure followed by "You know, the first question when you call an electrologist shouldn't be how much does it cost" in an extremely annoyed and scolding tone like I did something wrong. I was in shock - it felt like I was being spoken to like a child getting in trouble. She went on to talk about educating people and licensing. I told her I was all about being educated but being yelled at was quite off putting for a new client. I told her that her tone alone would cause me not to come there. Maybe she should consider that the reason I called this treatment center in the first place was because I have done my research and do know that they're licensed. All clients should be treated with respect and in a warm welcoming manner, especially potential new clients. This interaction was extremely disappointing and I can only imagine how many customers have been put off with this bad tone and condescending nature. Be nice to people, treat them with respect - I don't think that's too much to ask for. Sincerely, P. I've been getting electrolysis for nearly 40 years. These ladies are the absolute BEST! The hair has really stayed away the longest in my entire experience. Kudos to them!
