i have never had anything short of the BEST experience with Chelsea. I go in and see her every 3 weeks and she has forever changed my skin. The front desk is so welcoming and accommodating. Chelsea is so knowledgeable and gentle... which is amazing considering she's working on your face. Cannot recommend her enough!!!!! 5 stars aren't enough! Truly!

I usually do not post reviews, but I have to about the West Institute! Dr. West is wonderful. She is so pleasant and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining my options and devoted her attention to me. I am so happy with the results of my treatment! I also had a facial from Chelsea which was also wonderful. My skin has never looked better! Instead of fluff, you get results results results!! I will be returning as a regular costumer.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. West as my dermatologist, and highly recommend her to any woman or man who would like to manage their aging skin, look natural and their best. She has a wealth of experience, is always current with the fast-moving cosmetic advancements, and a very pleasant and caring doctor. What makes Dr. West an exceptional dermatologist is her amazing artistic eye and gentle hands along with her outstanding medical knowledge. I trust her completely. She has always listened, understood my needs, and created the right treatment plan for me. I have been going to Dr. West for four years, and I feel that her proposed treatment and maintenance plan essentially reversed the aging that had taken place on my face without loosing my natural look. It has always been a pleasure to arrive her modern, clean and well-equipped office with exceptional front desk staff. I am looking forward to my next appointment, and have no doubt that many of her patients do too!

As a patient of Chelsea Heidenberger for the last 4 years, I have experienced nothing less than top of the line treatment and service. From start to finish, Chelsea carefully listens and addresses my concerns with the same care and attention as she did when I walked into her office 4 years ago. Along with staying current with the ever evolving cosmetic treatments, Chelsea also cautiously and honestly recommends the appropriate treatments according to your skin type. Regular eyebrow shaping, facial peels, oxygen and LED Light Therapy treatments are all part of my regimen for both preventative and maintenance reasons. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she’s gorgeous! I’m telling you, hands down, Chelsea is the girl to book your next appointment with. Side note: Don’t forget to ask her about any makeup or product advice because she’s a secret junkie and knows about all the latest items that hit the shelves! Along with Chelsea, Dr. West and her entire team are exceptional! Dr. West brings so much experience and knowledge to the table. She makes each and every client feel important and takes her time listening to the client's needs in order to properly address their concerns. With the support from Chelsea, Kat, and Tracy, you will walk out looking and feeling refreshed and more youthful than ever.

I loved my results for the Restylane Filler for my lips. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and considerate with all of my concerns. It’s a lovely environment to give a little love back to yourself. They have everything to help you achieve the results you are wanting. I highly recommend coming to THE WEST INSTITUTE! Love coming here!
