I love their bras. They are quality. However I had bought 2 bras 4 months ago that randomly broke on me this past month. I knew my return time was expired but I went there in hopes they’d make an exception since both the bras broke in the exact same place which has never happened with any bra I’ve gotten from them. They were SUPER nice and helpful and did an exchange so I could get two new bras. I was so happy with the service. The woman that sized me you could tell really cared about my situation and trying to find me a good bra. Hoping these ones last! Thanks so much for your help!

I will be making 4th trip, on returns and exchanges. RIDICULOUS! The person that fitted me clearly needs retrained.

I went in with high hopes. I have been looking for a comforable nursing bra and these looked promising online. I immediately felt judged. I asked for my size and when I tried it on it was a little small. The lady made sure to tell me loud and clear they didn't have a bigger size in-store. I just had a baby and feeling suler bad about my body so this felt like it was a jab at my weight. Once I was done I got no further assistance. I planned to buy panties as well, but since I felt so uncomfortable by the way I was looked at and talked to I left. I was hoping this would be my new goto store, but I will never go back!

I'd called ahead to check if they had specific sizes needed. Theresa took my call and was very helpful. When we arrived at the store she helped my daughter find a great fit. The store was busy but we received excellent customer service from Theresa.

Nobody greeted me or acknowledged me when I was in the store but they 2 years were helping other customers. I asked for a size that they said they had in the back and waited 20 minutes and then asked again to be told “oh you still wanted that?” It’s a tiny store and not many people were there. I went in wanting to buy a bra but I didn’t and I won’t go back. I felt judged and uncomfortable.

Amber and her team are the best at providing customer service. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The very best shopping experience at Village Pointe. Excellent job.

Since Amber has become manager of the Village Point store I have had nothing but excellent service! She and her staff to time with every customer and do an outstanding job on making recommendations for gifts. Their products are beautifully made and make everyone feel special wearing them.I have given many gifts from the store and everyone seems to be thrilled with what they receive. Their cool nights pajamas are awesome!

I had great experience at this location. The ladies were very helpful and went above and beyond to find the specific bra I was looking for. They gave me the option to order online with free shipping. While placing the order another associate found the bra I was looking for. Great customer service at the store and customer service by phone.

Based on reviews I wasn't sure about going here. The customer service was great! I was cheerfully greeted by Deb when I stepped in the door. She helped me with a fitting and selection. Deb was patient and readily available while I tried on many bras. She gave me every discount available. Deb told me of upcoming events. I commented about the bad reviews. She said they have all new staff. If you had a bad experience, give it another try.

I stopped into Soma last week and Taylor was very helpful! She helped me find exactly what I needed and offered or order things that I couldn't find. I walked our with four bras, two shirts and six pairs of undies at a great price! I will never be shopping as VS again - so soft and reasonable!!!!
