Something Special Florist

Working with this florist was HORRIBLE. Not only did the florist get my original order wrong, she made it known how much of an inconvenience it was to correct it. I ordered a certain color ribbon which was noted on the order form and my receipt, the florist commented that she chose a different ribbon color because it looked nicer then what I requested. This was an easy order and I expected her to happily fix it after admitting she was wrong. Instead she was rude and never apologized or thanked me for my purchase. I would not use this florist again and would not recommend them for even small orders. In such a small town with limited florist, she should be more courteous to her customers.

THIS FLORIST WAS VERY HELPFUL, 2 WOMEN HELP ME ORDER THE ARRANGEMENT I NEEDED. FAMILY MEMEMBER CALL AND THE FLOWERS WAS BEAUTIFUL . I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS FLORIST, WILL USED THEM IN THE FURTURE.

I couldn’t decide on what kind of flower should I buy for my friend’s farewell party. Then I checked the net and saw that the reviews here were quite good. I ordered from them and I told that the bouquet was for a friend’s farewell party. I was astonished when I received my order! They were beautiful; it was colorful and you can see that it’s fresh. I was being complimented by my friend’s co-employees and in fact, they kept on asking where I got the flowers from. The woman I talked to the phone was also nice. They really exceeded my expectation. Thank you so much.

Customers are really being valued; the staff is courteous and funny as well. The outcome of the flower arrangements looks expensive, but it’s not. This florist earned my respect. I will be ordering from you again next time.
