I never write reviews, but in this case I felt that I should with how bad of an experience I had at this place. I felt like the PA was just blabbering on to fill in time, not even really caring about helping me figure out what was going on. They took a biopsy of my skin and told me to come back in 10 days to get my stitches out. That was all. So I came back and they took my stitches out. The PA came in to tell me the exact same thing he told me the first time. I was then charged for visit, which I shouldn't have. It was just suppose to be a visit to take out my stitches, not a follow up. They never told me they wanted to do a follow up. I am very upset because on top of the first visit and the biopsy I am out a couple of hundred dollars and they didn't tell me anything helpful. Then now they want to charge me another $100 for what should have just been a removal of my stitches. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t ever write reviews, but I felt the need to express how bad my experience here was. The MA or assistant who greeted me must have had a bad day and brought it to work, but she did not care about me as a person. Not a smile, and she couldn’t have been more short or anxious to exit the room. The physician talked the whole time and I didn’t get a word in, I still had a few things I wanted looked at but I felt uncomfortable interjecting. He talked fast and didn’t seem concerned with my problems. I’ve never been to a dermatologist and in St. George there aren’t many options, but I will not return here. From a fellow healthcare employee, please please help your employees with customer service.

After paying off my bill for nearly 2 years, the same problem is back in the same spot with the same symptoms. So I've paid for a service that in the long run didn't last. The problem that I have is that they treat it like a completely new condition and I'll have to pay the bill again. Perhaps if it was done right the first time, I wouldn't have to do this again. Unfortunately, I didn't get a real 'patient concern' feeling from the person on the phone or any forthcoming efforts to take care of it.

Great providers.. caring staff.. they really care about you.. and your skin !! The providers and their nurses go the extra mile to help with your care. they are very polite, professional and courteous. !!

Definitely recommend to all family and friends! They have personally helped me mainly with cosmetics (acne, laser hair removal, etc) and have been wonderful to work with. The staff is caring and listens well to my concerns and needs. The doctors and PA’s are great as well! Helped many family members whether removing warts, skin cancers, or rashes. I definitely would recommend Dr Austin Smith who’s a very sociable, personable guy, or Tim Nowatzke (PA) for anyone looking for a time efficient appointment.
