Any issues I've ever had with this agency have been a product of my own doing. If you can follow rules and expectations and take responsibility for your own downfalls then you would definitely give SCS five stars. I've learned so much being a part of this agency and the staff I have worked with have always been kind but firm with me. They've gone out of their way to do what's best for me when I couldn't always be objective enough to do so myself and they've proven to be a great asset to my family.

Charging $60 For a credit check for low income housing makes a whole lot of sense.

Horrible work. I don't know if they subbed out the drywall work on my house that they sold me or not but regardless they're the G.C. and are responsible for whatever gets done on the job. The drywall finish is terrible, the siding is terrible, the door and baseboard trim is awfull. They couldn't take the hour it would take to puddy over the nail holes. Same with the exterior trim, now I got rust running down the trim from the screws. They tried blaming me for the mold problem we were having inside because I didn't have a dehumidifier going. Guess what, it was full because they thought the fix they did for the wet basement would work. It didn't. Granted this is a 50 year old house but come on, it was advertised as a move in ready home, but when you have moisture problems and stuff that isn't even finished how can you say it's move in ready? They did a great job refinishing the oak floors and put some great appliances in but I would never recommend this company in a million years to do a rehab job on a house. I kick my self in the ass more often then not for buying this home with the problems we've had after they're rehab.
