It was a great stay for us in the second week of March. They have the option to request a Lyft ride to and from the airport to the hotel. We just had to call them once our flight landed and they booked the cab for us. The room was very clean and spacious. We were given a small welcome bag on our arrival. The room also had a hand written note from the GM for us being elite members. Our room had a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast was available from 7am onwards. Nothing fancy but helped us get a quick bite before we went on our early morning tour. The only negative/con was the elevator was slow. And there is just one elevator.
The registration process was very easy and two ladies were so helpful and very very nice. Always big smiles and hi's when I go out to smoke. I didn't know how to work tv remote. Within 2 minutes the man came to my room and taught me. ONE BIG THING: From the moment I got in, the man was always busy cleaning. Top notch job, just as if he was cleaning a hospital. I have stayed in other places, and this is the best I have ever had. A big thank you to all here.
Our room was dirty, there were weird stains on the wall, curtains and the couch and it didn’t look like the floor had been vacuumed in a while. The shower, toilet and bathroom door handle were broken. I let the front desk know that water was spraying everywhere from the shower but nothing was done so we put a washcloth over it for the 4 days we were there. The location is convenient but there is a homeless camp nearby so there’s a lot of foot traffic and all of our winter gear was stolen from our car I understand the hotel is not responsible. Overall it was a bad experience and we will not go back.
Just wanted to say THANKS! I can't thank the staff at this hotel enough. I traveled to Anchorage during the snowy season 12/2023. Well on Christmas Eve after checking out, the rent a car that I had got stuck in the hotel parking lot. I went back in to see if anyone could help me. The hotel manager and three of his other staff members came out graciously to help me get unstuck. It was quite the undertaking but eventually they were able to help push me out. I just want to thank the 4 of them for going above and beyond and helping me and my daughter get on our way to the airport. Thank you, thankful customer! :0
Stayed here a couple nights and found bedbugs! Room service barely came and didn’t clean much. Service was good but that’s it. Don’t stay here!
This place was super clean. They had a nice little welcome bag for elite members which was a nice gesture. The only complaint I have was the elevator. It's so slow that we could take stairs twice by the time it made one trip. We had lot of bags so we had to take the elevator. Overall nice place for the price. Will definitely come back.Rooms: 5/5

Rooms were clean. Front desk service and manager were not particularly intent on helping. Food was good, but be warned that breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on weekends in case you have to catch a train or flight. Poor value overall.Rooms: 4/5
Great suite with a couch and coffee bar area with fridge. Comfortable clean and newer. Tile bath and conveniently located to elevator- room. 318 was surprisingly quiet. Large selections of continental breakfast choices. Easy to get to the airport. Rooms: 318 wad quiet near the elevator. Safety: Security walked the perimeter at night. Lots of lighting in the parking lot. Food & drinks: Continental breakfast had a large selection. Hot and tasty.
