I've seen this store change for the better over the last year. Logan deserves a special shout out for handling my sim card/network connection issues. I walked in with little expectation and together we brain stormed the issue. Kudos to T-Mobile for upping the staffing game at this location. Thanks Logan for stellar service.

Not helpful, they don’t have much knowledge about the brand/deals/plans making stuff up as they go. Had me in there for over an hour to make me leave and call customer service.

A gal named McAllister helped me out setting up a new business line. I was a bit short as my day was rough. She soldiered through my attitude and turned the experience in the better part of my day. Thank you.

The two kids here are lazy and incompetent. I went in with cash he couldn't find the account and then he kept asking me if I could come back some other day then ask me to go to another store and buy a prepaid credit card.

Terrible service tried explaining that I don’t have access to my email or phone because my phone is broken and wanted to file a claim and that he couldn’t verify my identity even tho I had my ID on me. Scott the person helping us didn’t seem like he was wanting to help anyways. Trash

This is the store I prefer to go to since they always deliver excellent customer service. Timothy was very helpful and set up my new phone for me quickly and professionally.

This is one of the nicest sprint stores I have seen around, it's never busy and the owner is super nice. Always willing to help fix my issue before trying to sell me on stuff like other places.

Hadn’t had a good experience until this last time I came in and Garret helped me. He made everything a million times easier. I highly recommend him if you’re like me and find getting a new phone stressful. He keeps the place afloat for sure!
