St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center

The staff should not look like I'm bugging them for just making sure my son is there. And they should have a paper or someone to smile and kindly inform the visitors when they arrive the first time.

I was here for opiate withdrawal. I waited more than 6 hours to be admitted which was spent being cold and in pain and these people didn't care. Most of the staff in my unit were rude. When I asked how long it would be until the doctor comes to see me this one nurse said right to my face; "he'll come whenever he comes". This is no way to treat sick patients. It disgusts me to see how they act towards already sick and tormented people. Don't come hete for detox or anything really, unless it's an absolute emergency. Go get a prescription for suboxone from a clinic and take it yourself, or find an actual detox facility because this isn't it.

Horribly incompetent. The provider for the OSCA unit should have their license reviewed by the State of Arizona. They do not speak with the childs guardian...only the child. If you have a child with DOCUMENTED mental illness...do NOT bring them here! Go to Quail Run or Aurora. I am filing a grievance. They say the childs issue is behavioral but they "claim" to be a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH Center. They also claim to have psychiatric services...misleading since they clearly no absolutely nothing about either. The providers are truly incompetent.

My dad couldn't stop drinking and he when in this center and they help him a lot is been a good 6 months and has not drink no more he is also going to aaa programs at terros

Worst experience with healthcare ever! Avoid this place at all costs! Took a loved one here and could not get answers about anything. Also the children are treated like criminals.
