Be up at 8 to make an appointment if your a new patient. Honestly, I think this place is great! Yes it’s hard to make appointments but it’s worth the wait. I love Brian and I’m so happy to have him as a therapist. The facility is clean and organized! Very professional and they genuinely do care about your health. Give it a chance and time. If your new making an appointment can be annoying but it’s worth the time and effort.

I lose my phone service for one to two months and they close my account after being a patient that was prescribed an addictive medication for ADD by them for 5+ years. No other place can help, I've lost my job now, and life if falling apart. I can't even make it back in to start service again due to their ridiculous appointment process, and making people start from scratch, like we're just a number and our time is worthless. I am a intelligent, professional, respectful, compassionate and genuinely caring person. I feel so very offended by the staffs careless behavior in trying to get me back as a patient. It is against the law to abandon the patients, especially with a sensitive case like mine. They are not paying me unemployment for not being able to focus enough to keep life together, keep up with my family and children, household chores, the happiness is fading in my life and all the hard work and wonderful things that I have built up in my life, are slowly chipping away. Southwest, how can you be so inconsiderate to someone. This is my life and well being, and it's in the hands of a behavioral health company, a Dr, whom probably won't think twice about my situation, they won't have any compassion towards my situation, or even give me the time of day, to try to get me the only help that I need..... Life sucks and every day gets harder to keep going on......Thanks Western Medicine!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been going here for maybe 1 1/2 years. And I have never had so much trouble with a doctors. You can never get in. That’s my biggest thing. If you don’t call exactly at 8:00am on the dot you don’t get an appointment. Even when I did call at 8am I was on hold for 20mins and then they still told me there were no more appointments. It gets to the point where I run out of my meds because they can’t see me in time. Also this morning when I called Brittany told me that they only had 2 doctors in this week. I’m sorry but that office HAS to have at least 150 offices. And only 2 doctors are in. Also I called and the machine told me the estimated hold time was 4 minuets. I was just on hold for 17 minuets until someone answered. The front desk is very rude. Especially Brittany. She always has an attitude. I’m sorry if you hate your job that much then quit. I have walked into to the office for an appointment and they are all just back there talking laughing doing their own thing while 5 different phone lines are ringing. Then they just slide the glass open hands my the clipboard and shuts the window to continue her conversation. This office is honestly just way too much of a hassle to even try and deal with. I’m and no longer going to be seen by them. All I have to say is if you have a choice. Don’t go here.

My 1st time here at at already experiencing miss communication from staff. As a 1st timer, they schedual you in for a 2 hour appointment. Which Includes an hour for paper work. Really? it was NOT at all explained to me. Mr. Reyes swore he told me this as he said its "apart of my script". Um I think i would remember if i were told i was going to be some place for over 2 hours. I got here at 11:35 because i had already took into condieration that i would be filling out paperwork and wanted to get in on time. I live about 3 bus stops away. So i wouldnt have come 30 mins early if i would have know. Most importantly i would have had to prepare mentally for that as i get anxiety when im at a single place for to long with no real purpose. Who really needs an hr to fill out papers? i filled out in less then 10 mins. Very annoyed.
Other then that
Everyone else is very perfessional not that Mr Reyes wasnt but that was so inconvenient. he should have remembered his srcipt.

This place is a joke. Weeks without getting appointments cuz of the stupid system of only booking appointments two days ahead. What is that? I have a busy schedule and need more than two days warning to arrange my schedule anyway. Then tell me I can't get a refill on meds( that are dangerous to suddenly stop taking) because I won't pay to waste my time with a worthless therapist who couldn't do the one thing I asked. Guided meditation by a professional. Not the web link to a YouTube video. Two years ago I had a crisis because this place wouldn't see me. So this time when they did. I thought I'd give them a try. Big mistake. Your health is too important to use this crappy place. Use Magellan or terros.
