Touchstone Health Services - Main Center

Touchstone has really helped my kid. They're thorough, friendly and on the ball. They are very well organized even with the craziness of appointments at our location. And the people we work with are amazing going above and beyond when necessary. Thank you Touchstone! Y'all are awesome!

Not very Happy got sent to this location after my sons Dr. Left the Mesa practice. Had to go here for only 1 appt. Just for a refill on his meds. And then we go back to the Mesa office. And I was told I will have to do a whole new intake, and then have to do another intake back in our mesa office next Mo. So instead of our usual 10 min. Appointment. We have to spend an hr. Driving here, 30 min. For appointment and another hr. Home. Not happy to say the least. The waiting room is overcrowded. We ended up being 10 min. Late and had to wait over 30 min. For our appointment. As if we can control traffic, when we have never been to this place before. I will never recommend this office to anyone. And when they called to make this appointment they told me its about 30min. Between locations.... And never told me I would have to do all new intakes. So where I planned for 2 hrs at the most this appointment including drive time it will be actually over 3 hrs.

This place is horrible. We had our son enrolled for almost two years. And it was such a waste off time. He never even saw the same case worker more then once. Their aka safety plan is utter bull. If you really want your child to get help please take my warning don't waste your time here. Family Jewish center is much better
