JFCS has been the best mental health care provider for my family and I . I have a child as well as a spouse that suffer from mental health care issue. Through the years we have tried many companies , most ending with many issues . JFCS us very different and now even offer primary care services. They honestly take the time ( three hour intake ) to understand your needs . They offer many services to help with the entire family , not just the patient. If you are looking for mental health service's you should give them a call. They are the best by far .

We waited a month to go in for medication. The person in question has a major chemical imbalance and is autistic. We sit down in front of the lady who is suppose to prescribe the meds and she asks an autistic girl who has communication problem and getting her point across to explain why she is there. She of coarse said nothing because she wouldn't because of her problem. So we walked out with no meds and no help. Biggest waste of time. The lady should be fired....it was just a joke and so stupid. So here we are today still dealing with her chemical imbalance. Having to call the police when she gets out of hand. Screaming and yelling. Keeping us awake as well as the people that live around us.

Too quick to jump to conclusions. Took my daughter conversation out of context and called DCS on us. Is this how they help their families. No Thank you. Talked to my child for 45 minutes suggested putting her on meds. They need to slow down and give the patients all the necessary tests before putting them on dangerous medications. Medication should be the last resort.

Uncaring and suspicious, treat all patients like drug addicts. They care more about professional liability than patient care.
