My brother is SMI (or in the process of it) and they absolutely do not work with me for calling on his behalf. I couldn't even schedule an appointment for him (although I have done so at tons of other places) but they require my SMI brother to call. When appointments are made, at least a month out btw, they cancelled on us twice when we arrived, and a third time they wanted to say they were too busy to take us. Eventually he finally got some meds, which had a bad reaction, and I couldn't get a hold of them to talk to the doctor, because once again, I need my brother who is going thru psychosis, to call in to just make an appointment?? ... HIPAA doesn't pertain to scheduling a simple appointment. Terrible place, terrible service.. I don't complain much, but when someone needs help, a good person, or clinic would be willing to help!

For people that need services this is a good place but for me I really can do everything but be there and live a much happier life I'm there at doctor's request even though I shouldn't be it's more of a protocol for their benefit than mine but if you need Services go for it I'm just not really a fan of forced services

JFCS has always been helpful to my son who struggles on a daily basis.

Very good staff, in five years with them they only rescheduled my appointments on two occasions. This had to do with changes in staff.
